No, we believe that you are entitled to a full refund without penalty. Providing the product is returned to our premises with invoice (in its original condition) within 7 days of despatch.

Does LetsBeClean™ offer FREE delivery?

Yes, if your order is AU$100.00 or more then shipping is FREE within LBC's metropolitan deliverable area.

 

What happens if I'm not home when LetsBeClean™ is delivering my order?

The friendly staff at LetsBeClean™ will always contact you prior to delivery. If prior arrangement has been made we will follow your instructions.

 

How long does it take to have my order delivered if I live in the LBC metropolitan area?

LetsBeClean™ will process and despatch your confirmed order within 3 days when funds have been cleared from our financial institution.

 

Can LetsBeClean™ deliver to my workplace?

Yes, we can bulk deliver to your workplace so that you can share with your colleagues as well. A loading dock or visitor's car park access is a requirement for delivery.

 

What if there is a manufacturer’s fault with the product?
